It may seem like a simple topic, but you would be surprised at just how many people weren’t sure what I was talking about when I started on about “domains”. Domain names, simply put, are the .com, .org, .net ect that people type in the top of their browser to get to your website. For example, thebestwebhostinglist.com would be our domain. In order to have a website, you’ll NEED to pick a domain name — otherwise no one will be able to find your website!It’s also important to note that domain names and websites are COMPLETELY autonomous from each other — they aren’t intrinsically tied together.
